Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Clientry is a tool that helps Hungarian freelancers and sole traders collect billing details from their clients via shareable forms, and create draft invoices in their connected invoicing provider (Billingo or Számlázz.hu).

2. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address and verify it before using the service.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Invoicing Provider Connection

• You connect your own Billingo or Számlázz.hu account by providing your API key.
• Clientry stores your API key encrypted at rest and uses it solely to create invoices on your behalf.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices created through Clientry.

4. Draft Invoices

Clientry creates draft invoices only. Finalizing an invoice is irreversible — it creates a legally binding document with a sequential invoice number. You must review each draft before finalizing.

5. Free Tier Limitations

The free tier allows up to 5 client submissions per calendar month. Exceeding this limit requires a paid subscription.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or fraudulent billing information
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Interfere with the service's operation or security

7. Limitation of Liability

Clientry is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for:

• Errors in invoices created through the service (you must review before finalizing)
• Downtime of Billingo, Számlázz.hu, or NAV APIs
• Any indirect or consequential damages

8. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Hungary.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
